with details as follows, to request for an Audio CD version of the message from our archive.

Please note that the Audio CDs carry a small fee to cover the cost of making them at
US$2.00 each excluding postage to wherever you are.

Please include the following information in the Audio CD request email : 

Name In Full
Mailing Address
Name of the Church you are from
Your Email Address
Your Contact Number (if possible)

And most importantly,

WHICH MESSAGE FROM THE ARCHIVE THAT YOU WANT TO ORDER.
(Date and Title of Message)
